A year or so ago I was maxing out on benchpress at 275lbs with a bodyweight of around 175lbs. That's a little over 1 1/2 x my body weight.

I've been doing CrossFit since the start of this year and have done a direct (bench work) chest workouts no more than 5 or so times, everything else has been WOD!

I decided to measure my max today, and at 155lbs I was able to hit 1 1/2 x my bodyweight comfortably! That's after completing 3 sets of 5 reps (was doing 5x5)!!

CF WORKS!! :rofl:

Oh yeah and i'm eating cleaner and less calories than before!
