Does anybody have a good set of instructions for

making a plywood 24" box for box jumps? I am

trying to find a trapezoidal (is that even a

word) pattern so it is wider at the bottom than

the top. I appreciate any help with this one.

Lincoln made some sweet plyo boxes and his description of the whys and hows is here. Be warned that the trapedoidal method is much harder than the standard box shaped box.
