Hi all, new guy who wants to start. Problem is I’m still recovering from Achilles tear. I’m looking for advice on substitutes for certain exercises including the box jump and burpees. Anything of a plyometric nature for the legs is out for me for at least 6-9 months more. I believe I can squat and deadlift though. While there are plenty of substitutions with the same intensity I was hoping for suggestions on substitutions that would work my legs as closely as possible as those two exercises. In addition are there any other CF exercises I should avoid right now?
