I so hope Rogue puts The Pig into regular production. I want one. :-)

See it here (WFS): http://games.crossfit.com/video/team-burden-run-demo

Re: The Pig

I thought i saw in the bid that Castro said...Rogue showed me some new gear and i asked them hold off releasing it to the public. I assume it would be made for purchase going forward.

Re: The Pig

When this was being tested and trialed by Rob Orlando I was in contact and wanting to buy one. This was about a Year and a half ago.

The second it is available, I want to buy it.

Re: The Pig

Isn't it basically a tire ?

I know you can add weight etc. But I will bet they will be expensive. I don't think there has ever been tire flips at the Games. Good inclusion if you ask me.

Maybe not at the Games, but there was a team tire flip/log carry relay at the SoCal Regionals three years ago.

Re: The Pig

I'd imagine they'll be just like Rogue's other "Games specific equipment" in that they'll be avaliable for purchase if you want to spend an arm and a leg. You can still by the banger blocks and sleds from last year's games on thier site (at least the last time I looked).

And yea it's basically a tire or a log. Something heavy that you flip.

Re: The Pig

would love to have too.....it seems way different then a tire though the height makes it so different then a tire.....obviously very little grip compared to a tire as well

Re: The Pig

The Pig looks a lot like the Milo Flipper.

Hopefully if rogue decides to sell the pig, it wont cost as much as the flipper (there is a store in my city which sells the flipper for $3000).

Re: The Pig

$400?! That's a lot less than I was anticipating. That's great.

What would rock would be to have two so you can race.

Gotta talk with my coaches and look at our budget and shipping...
