Snatch, Clean, Split Jerk, Front Squat, Back Squat.

Yoga pushups are great for warmups.

Ring stuff for everything as accessory.

KB swings for conditioning or sprints.

Squat
Clean and Jerk
Incline Bench
weighted carry (farmers walk, waiters walk, etc)
running

The running just seems more pratical to me than burpees.

Re: If you had to pick 5 exercises to do for the rest of your life...

Overhead squat
Deadlift
Clean&jerk
Snatch
Burpees

The first is a great way too stay reasonably flexible and it's also a great balance exercise. It's an isometric work-out for the whole upper body and once you get good at it also a reasonably heavy leg work-out.

The deadlift is one of my favorite lifts and also the only one where I think I have a decent PR on for my bodyweight. Great isometric forearm training (grip) and also for the shoulders and back and also very heavy on the legs.

The clean&jerk is one of the most complete lifts there is. When done heavy and with good form pretty much every muscle fiber in your body should be used, all the way from your neck down to your toes.

With the snatch it's basically the same idea as with the C&J, great overall body exercise and in my opinion also one of the most challenging exercises as for skill.

Burpees are in my opinion the best bodyweight exercise and are great as a more strength bases form of cardio training

I enjoy a nice relaxing run too much to give it up, even though some other exercises may be more efficacious at building complete fitness.
Same thing, but I would be more specific and say sprint instead of running.
