What a week it been,
In the last 7 days i have, completes my first fran(reduced weight) but with all real pull ups (mini sets of between 2-6).
Completed the March 10th 65lb Push Press 12, Pull ups 10 as rx'd
and today in my warm up got a new PB on my pullup 10 in row :-)
Got the first 7 no problem,had a few second hang than got the last 3. Was aiming for 8, couldn't get the smile of my face.
Just thought i would share.
