14.5???

So, the only movements that are left now are burpees and thrusters.

I am betting that it will be a variation of Kalsu. Amrap 17 Thrusters at 135, with 5 OTM burpees. Score is thrusters done.

Re: 14.5???

Given the rowing in 14.4 there could be another movement that hasn't been done before in the open. Maybe a shuttle run, pistols, KB snatch.

What ever it is, I'm sure it is designed to be spectator friendly with a bunch of heavy hitters coming to SF.

I totally agree with you on the Kettlebells. Possibly two different barbell movements at different weights too. And burpees. Seeing that there has been no S to OH, possibly HSPU may be in the offing too. They could also do a regionals wod from the past that is able to be done in an affiliate.

Re: 14.5???

kb snatches are possible, weighted pistols won't come before Regionals though.

Re: 14.5???

With Khalipa and Froning in the workout, I'd be willing to bet on shoulder to overheads being in the workout.

Re: 14.5???

How about death by thrusters and burpees?
Minute 1 = 1 thruster & 1 burpee
Minute 2 = 2 thrusters & 2 burpees
Minute 3 = 3 thruster & 3 burpees
etc

And I think bar-facing burpees instead of 6inch target burpees.

Re: 14.5???

Elizabeth, but with a nasty surprise at the end, such as HSPU's or even muscle ups.
