Waiting to Buy Adipower

I have been lifting in tennis shoe all my life which I have gotten away nicely with. But now I have gotten really serious with Olympic weightlifting and I think that a one time investment for Adipower will last me a lifetime of happy lifting.

However my friend told me to wait until Christmas or Black Friday because Adidas has really good sales. Now I never really paid any attention so I don't know how good the sales are. Should I wait until December to get my hands on a good WL shoes? Does anyone know how good the deals/sales are?

If it were September or October, I would tell you to wait. But it's February...you're talking about losing nearly an entire year of using them for a savings of what? $50 if you're lucky? More than likely it's closer to $20 or less. Do some shopping around now to ensure you get the best price today, and go ahead and order them.

Re: Waiting to Buy Adipower

Just order them on Eastbay. They have 15-20% off sales all the time (and even post the coupon codes on the website), and if you sign up for their Gold program, you can get a code for 25% off and free 2-day shipping. That's an easy $50 off of the price, right there.

They are great lifting shoes, BTW. Love my adipowers.

Re: Waiting to Buy Adipower

At this point in the year, the only real reason to wait is the introduction of new colours in summer. It sounds like they are going to be available in white (similar to the 08' Adistars) and I think black/red. If you like the red they come in now, no reason to wait.

If you want something less expensive, there are plenty of other options that are very good but cost less.

If you're looking to save some money then buy used. Check CL, CF board, Ebay etc

East Bay still list the AdiPower for $199.99. I might as well buy from the Adidas website.

This code works for 15% off on eastbay. LKS13W4E
Chances are your size is backordered but you've waited this long so no biggie. Again google eastbay coupons and you can find them. I managed to get my adipowers for about $150 with diligent googling.

How did you find those coupon codes? All the ones I find does not work at all. Can you find me a 20% or more?
