Re: Sharknado

Crazy wod, jeff. Reminded me a bit of king kong. Rings after bench sounds dumb cause of tricep lockout.

Your shoulder and lumbar is the same as a rings specialist. Aka hunched though you seem to squat and overhead sq and oly better than those i know who turned cf.

Cody and Adam joined us (don't know if you were there for either of them?).

Nik is squatting like a MAN.

Brad is beasting the miliatary still.

Casey is still doing ridiculous things, like hiking 2 miles with a 100# pack.

Bill for some reason known only to him decided to do 250 KB swings in only two sets. And then got clawed by a cat.

I've been struggling hard on conditioning stuff lately. I think it's because of this heat.. 90 degrees in my gym sometimes. I will often have to rest a lot more than other people when I found myself in cooler weather performing much better (i think)

We did a workout called Jack the other day. It was a 20 minute AMRAP of 10 push press (115), 10 KB swings (1.5p) and 10 box jumps (24") and my goal was 10 rounds only made it to less than 8
