I am starting to work Overhead squats into my workouts at a very low weight until I get the form down. However, I am not quite sure on the form my arms should be following. Am I supposed to be locking my elbows out? I am using a wide grip, but I can't seem to get locked out completely. My arms retain a slight bend in them which increases at the bottom of the squat. It's not huge, but enough that I think something isn't correct. Do I need to pull the bar back behind me more, widen my grip, turn out my elbows, find a new hobby...?? Let me know what you all think.

Yes, your arms should be locked out - wrists, elbows and shoulders. You should be pushing to the ceiling the entire ROM. The bar should be overhead, behind the plane of your ears. Your arms should be rotated so that when you don't have the bar in your hands overhead your thumbs will be forward (not your pinkie) and your elbows pointing back.

Hope this helps some...

Thank you both, Dan and Veronica. I'll keep digging around in the archives as well as implementing what you have provided. It's much appreciated. Take care.
