First 3 months results!

So what seems like a long time ago back in the beginning of August I started my crossfit journey. I went full swing into it, starting with 30days of rather strict paleo (added in milk), and read starting strength. Then Crosscountry season started, and I juggled my crossfit in ever now in then.

Anyone here are some benchmarks from when I started to now:
Then Now
5k: 33:36 19:05
Cindy: 10rounds 15
Fran: 8:33, used around 45lbs of weight , first time with thrusters

My backsquat is over 160
My bench is 120s
My deadlift is over 145 (first time, havent done it again)
My Chest press is around 40lbs (only done once I think)
400m: 1:20
2mile: 11:48 (5k split at the 2mile)
1mile: 5:48
Tabata something else: 240 reps
Ryan (Scaled did pullups dips,4per muscle up): 30:34

Basically most of the results I have. But the biggest change has been my appearence and my weight. I dropped to 128 pounds from 144, and am now at 136 and have I am guessing, around 10-11% bodyfat. None of my jeans fit either, I dropped 3sizes roughly from a 32, to a 28/29.

Thank you Crossfit and members of this forum.

Now 2 questions:
Crosscountry is over, and wintertrack is nearing...
1. How long should i take off to rest, I have had practice virtually 5 on 1 off since August 20th and have done sometimes 2-3 workouts a day and havent had more then 3 straight days off other then when i was sick, so should i take a week off?
And anything specific i should do to get ready for Winter track i think i am doing 2mile, 1mile events.

Thanks you again everyone!

Re: First 3 months results!

Not really relevant to your questions--but your squat shouldn't be higher than your deadlift. It's probably a form issue so I'd recommend getting someone to check out your technique. Or post some videos to Digital Coaching.

A week of rest is probably a good idea if you've been feeling run down or if you're having sleep problems or have a weakened immune system or anything like that.

I wouldn't go with a SS or GOMAD or anything like that since your goals are being a competitive high school runner, not GPP or mass gain or pure strength. To be a good miler you've gotta stay pretty lean. But you can still get stronger on all your lifts without gaining a significant amount of weight.

Re: First 3 months results!

ok, and for my deadlift I only wanted to see if I could get above my body weight :P. Going to try to get it higher during today's WoD.
Thanks
