2. Forrest Griffin(Filthy Fifty)
3. Tiger Woods(Fran, just to see what he's got)
4. Percy Harvin (Helen)
5. Lance (Wonder what he'd be capable of after six months of WODing)

Re: Athletes I'd Like to See CF

I have a feeling that Bryan Clay could do a sub-5 minute Helen.

Sub-5 minutes? Assuming you could do the 400 m runs in 1:00, you'd still have only 2 minutes left to do 36 pullups and 63 swings. That's a second and a half per rep, assuming you don't slow down at all...

If someone could do that and get it on video, I'd pay to see it.

12 pullups per round can be done in 10 seconds each without much trouble. The swings take about a second per rep for someone strong. And 60s 400's for Bryan Clay should be pretty easy, even in the middle of a metcon.

I think most decathletes could smoke a lot of the running CF workouts.

True. That is in the meat of the sport-specific training.
So to make it interesting, wouldn't you rather see them do something like Murph with a 40# vest?

or Diane

or Elizabeth

or Linda

or Fight Gone Bad

or the Filthy Fifty

I'd like to see Rip Hamilton do a longer WoD. He claimed a while back that he had the best conditioning in the NBA and claimed he never gets tired.

I'd also like to see Adrian Peterson do anything CF related. He's supposed to be a workout freak of nature.

I wonder what LeBron James' 500m row would be?

T.O.

I caught myself watching his reality show the other day and when they showed him working out the first thing I thought of was: I would love to see him do some CF workouts.

Latvian powerlifter Konstantin Konstantinov.

The dude weighs 275#, has pulled a 948# deadlift, and there's a video of him on YouTube doing 55 kipping pullups. He doesn't do King Kong; he IS King Kong.

Also Marius Pudzianowski; any NFL WR, RB, DB, or LB; really any top-flight NBA or NHL athlete.
