i believe that Froning will take the final event but after seeing Fraser during the NE regional and seeing his performance this week, i think that the guy still has a chance of doing it. either way, once Froning retires, i think that Fraser will be the guy to beat for the next few years.

now lets see what Castro has up his sleeve. if the final event is your classic CrossFit, we will have a 4pete but who knows, Castro might come up with another softball toss...

it looks like the final event is scheduled from 3-6pm. my guess is a LONG chipper.

My guess is it's actually going to be 2 events, which is why it's scheduled for so long.

What happens if the points are tied. Do they count win or something?

they still didn't have a proper chipper and since there are 30 people advancing, a chipper with a 20-25 time cap makes sense if you have 3 heats.

They do a win tiebreak. So if Froning and Fraser were tied right now, Froning would win the tiebreak because he has won 3 events, while Fraser has only won 1.
