alternated with 10 bent over DB rows each side (20lb)

AWFUL night. possibly due to benching?

You were really SO close to 208 If we had taken 205 you would have TOTALLY made it. MATHZ.

oof, it's been a while.

spent the first two weeks of may in spain. ran a total of MAYBE 5 miles while there, did a good amount of walking, but mostly did nothing more strenuous than eat cured meats, cheese & croissants.

since i've been back...lifting has been predictably weak.
