Today is gwen, but i need to change it....

Ok heres the deal. The front part of my shoulders are still sore from fran,(i may have pushed a little hard) so i do not feel comfortable doing cleans today. Which does dissapoint me cause i LOVE cleans.

Anyway i would like to just sub it with full ROM squats or deadlifts. Should i still take it easy with deadlifts(as it would still use my shoulders) or would i be ok? I do not want to push too hard just cause i hurt myself last time i tried to get back into shape and it was very frustrating.

Why are sore shoulders keeping you from doing cleans?

Where are they sore?

they are sore from the thrusters. and i would say its the points of my shoulders like right on the front part of the joint. it is a muscle pain, ive had similar before, and i just dont want to push it because its been what, 4-5days since fran.

Just kind of curious whats a better sub for what the workout is intended to do for the day. I am also doing some light shoulder prehab type stuff cause i know its one of my weak points.

If it's just muscular soreness, I'd do the rx'd workout. That's kind of par for the course in CF.
