My knees were a bit cranky from some sloppy form on 'elizabeth' via squat cleans...so i modified.

Normally would not post - but this sucked so bad I had to share:

KB swing 24 kilo
HSPU
10 foot rope climb hands only

Ladder
50, 10, 1
40, 15, 2
30, 20, 3
20, 25, 4
30, 20, 3
40, 15, 2
50, 10, 1

not pretty - 29:47

monster! 115 HSPUs is impressive, without considering the swings and rope climbs. And on a rest day ?!?!

so this must be extra training for the upcoming Hooverball competition in Philly?

I have a brand new 8lb and 20lb Dynamax waiting to be broken in for some hooverball this spring!

Rest?
There is no rest in the Hill house!
Kidding...I'm always a day or 2 behind the WOD plus I do 5 on 2 off.
