Yesterday: 3x (10 squats, 10 wall push-ups, 10 bent leg chair dips) worked outside and meant to do my crunches and supermans as soon as I came in but forgot

Jump Rope - 250 single unders (set of 100, set of 150, both sets broken by misses)

Heian Shodan x3


Today: 3x (10 squats, 10 crunches, 10 supermans, 10 wall push-ups, 10 bent leg chair dips, sampson stretch) first set of push-ups on knees

3x (5 negative pull-ups)

Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

Sadly, I used 3 pound dumbbells. Mainly because that is all I have, but my arms are tired. My dad has decided to start weight lifting again, so maybe I can do some workouts at his house while my mom plays with the kids.

I have taken one week off from Crossfit, but I haven't been lazy. With 70 degree weather, I've been digging up grass sod, monkey grass and paving stones and rearranging them in my yard. While workout space wasn't the primary reason for the changes it did open up a nice big circle to run around, instead of having to turn around at each end of the yard. Back to WODs tomorrow. I plan to go back and do all the WODs I have equipment for until I catch back up with the main page.

Two days ago:

3x (10 squats, 10 crunches, 10 supermans, 10 wall push-ups, 10 bent leg chair dips, sampson stretch)

3x 5 negative pull-ups

4 rounds
PVC -10 # barbell overhead walking lunges 35 feet (don't have a barbell, so I used what was nearby, a shovel)
15 burpees

Yesterday: rest

Today:
3x (10 squats, 10 crunches, 10 supermans, 10 wall push-ups, 10 bent leg chair dips, sampson stretch)

Cindy Buttercups:
Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes as you can of:
1 Beginner or Assisted Pull-ups
4 Push-ups
7 Squats

completed 12 rounds + 1 pull-up

managed to do 84 single-unders without a miss (previous best was 46)

Death by 10 meters - longest run 120 meters(ish), I didn't really measure, just estimated the distance... can't compare it to other runs, but got a workout

3x10: squats, sit-ups, supermans, knee push-ups, bent leg chair dips, sampson stretch

30 minute bike ride

I knew I had been lazy, but I didn't realize it's been over a week! Yikes! I haven't done nothing at all, but not enough to count as a workout. However, after all that rest, I feel stronger than ever. Sit-ups, push-ups, dips and pull ups all felt easier today. I've been having joint pain, not severe, but enough to make me think I shouldn't push too hard. I'm trying to do more low-impact cardio to see if that will help. I think I will try to workout every other day and stretch everyday.

My husband expressed an interest in working out! We'll see...
