3x (3 negative pull-ups)

15-12-9 (Dumbbell cleans, Bench Dips). Not sure how much the dumbbells weigh, but not much.

5x (run 200 meters, 10 burpees, 10 eight pound dumbbell bent over rows)

First time to actually complete a scaled WOD as written. I guess that means I am now a puppy instead of a beginner.

Missed yesterday... cabin camping with the family, did a little hiking with 30 pounds sitting on my shoulders but not enough to count as a real workout

Back on it today...
3x (sampson stretch, 10 squats, 15 crunches, 10 supermans, 10 wall push-ups, 10 bent knee bench dips)

3x (10 negative pull-ups)

3x (run 400m, rest 2 min)

I really should start timing my workouts now that I am doing the BrandX puppies workouts as written (when I have the necessary equipment.) I know I ran very slowly today, but I didn't walk any and only allowed myself the 2 minute rest the workout called for. That is way better than I could have done only a month ago. I need to start timing now, so that I can look back in a few months and see how much better I am by then!
