Re: Elizabeth's log

Today I weigh 137. At my most fit, I weighed 10 - 12 pounds more. My first big crossfit goal is to exceed that. I would like to be a muscular 150 pounds. After that, I will have been working out long enough to have beginning times and weights on the benchmark workouts and can set goals based on that, but for now the scale will do for my first goal.

Sore and stiff from yesterday's workout, yard work and dancing, so today's workout was done in little bits all through the day. Will do yoga and stretching throughout the rest day tomorrow.

Re: Elizabeth's log

That BW WOD resource that shane compiled is awesome!

You'd be amazed at the amount of equipment you can make with stuff around the house.

Make a kettlebell out of an old basketball. Parallettes out of PVC pipe, pullup bars, "boxes" for box jumps.

A jump rope, pullup bar, and a host of bw movements can do a lot! Just stay motivated and get after it
