Rehband vs Ace Knee Compression

Anybody have experience with Rehband and Ace knee compression?
I just bought a pair of Ace knee sleeves. It helps keep the soft tissue warm when the garage gets chilly on a strength day.

Is the Rehband worth the extra cost over an Ace brand compression?

Re: Rehband vs Ace Knee Compression

They all serve the same purpose. Some being thicker than others. I personally have Tommy Kono sleeves when needed, and those are thick as can be.

Any type of neoprene sleeve will work. Just make sure it doesn't limit your range of motion.

Re: Rehband vs Ace Knee Compression

Rehband is only worth it if you can get your hands on the old stylle solid blue ones. They changed their design and the color also changed to grey, and the new ones are not nearly as good. The new Rehband are equal to the Tommy Kono's... they are not "as thick as can be".

Stu, I suspect you need the old style (really thick) given your StrongMan involvement.

Thanks Aaron and Stu for the info

Yup. If you're going to drop money on sleeves, I'd go with Ace or Tommy Kono's.... no need to spend the $$ required to buy Rehbands. lol
