YEAH Deadlift PR

if you see my workout log you can see the workup but i Deadlifted 405 @ a BW of 175, it felt awesome i think i can do about 420 or 430 but we ran out of space on the bar...haha. first time deadlifting super heavy in a year and a half. all after a huge posterior chain day, almost 70 C&J's @ 135# earlier and near 1,700m of rowing, i was surprised.

Your numbers are very impressive. Nice, that' impressive after all that work.

Haven't done Fran in awhile? Seems low for your numbers?

Don't practice thrusters too much...getting better, we'll see how it goes in a few months, hopefully a sub 4 fran, sub 7:20 Helen and sub 30 murph with armor.
