CFSB? Whats that?

I've seen some people reference "CFSB", I've got the CF part figured out, but whats the "SB"?

Took me a while to figure it out too buddy. It is CrossFit Strength Bias. There is a great article in the CF journal all about it. I would recommend subscribing and reading it. Plus, you can find a bunch of info on this message board about it. Good luck!

There are a growing number of folks using it to make strength gains without losing MetCon ability. There is a great sticky in the fitness forum.
