Ok, maybe I am a moron. Is this three different exercise or one? If someone would give me a rundown of this WOD I would really appreciate it. I totally understand the Rep scheme - no biggie there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is one exercise, a clean, performed from the hang position (bar above the knees) and the catch is made in the full front squat position.

You must impart momentum and then explosively pull under the bar. It is tricky. It is fun.

The 'squat' refers to the catch being made in the bottom position of the full squat position.
