I weigh 167 and I was introduced to Crossfit 3 weeks ago I did my first Linda today in 31 minutes. The benching kicked my butt. The cleans and deadlifts were'nt bad but I am already feeling it in my lower back. What is a good time for Linda is 20 minutes possible?
