90 Day Challange

Day 1

Today marks the first day of my 90 day challange. My goals are to:
- Lose 25 IBS
- Getting to approx 12% Body Fat

In 2007 I weighed in at 260 IBS at a height of 5'6. I was completly unhealth and unfit. I then started Body For Life where I lost 115 IBS within the next year and half. This year however was a pretty challanging year for me and I have gained 30 IBS. I am now 175 IBS. My ideal weight is approx 140IBS.

The reason I joined crossfit a few months ago was I enjoyed the community aspects and just was amazed at how hardcore it is. I was bored with my routine workouts. And although they kept me looking lean and fit I didn't think I was improving any more. And so these next 90 days I am going to give my all and attend crossfit 5-6 times per week. I will also log my nutirition, using the Body For Life nutrition (since I find it maybe difficult to go fully Paleo with my current situation). I'll post my results and thoughts online as I go.

"You Reap what you Sew" That's my motto for the next 90 days.

Great to hear, Alim, and amazing progress so far!

So where are you CrossFitting now? Are you at a local affiliate?
