How is your stitching? My 511 is friggin' fraying where the shoulder straps meet the main body of the bag. I'd love to hear you guys have stronger stiching.. I like the idea of hemp applied to the tried and true design, strong, but not corny 'tacti-cool'ish.

Re: Gym bags...

Rob, i relied on the FB page too but....

....how funny, that is exactly where we used to have issues (serves me right for originally copying their straps). i have been addressing that over the years and so far the latest batch has not worn in that area. i'm always working on making the stitching better and until then i simply replace any bag that has troubles so you're safe for years to come.

thanks for checking us out, and your kind comments. glad to see the CF community aware of our gear

We just ordered a few bag from Datsusara for our gym. I am excited to get them in front of the members to see how they like them.

Chris, thanks for taking such good care of us.

Sure thing, thanks for the order and spreading the word, I hope your members like the bags.

Also thanks to all of you here, I have spoken with many of you and everyone has been super cool, I'm happy to be a part of the community here, and starting to think I should try some CrossFit!

I'll be happy to set up a crossfit code too if you guys are interested, but it would be more of a 5% off anytime code.
Please do, as I am not on Facebook.

Thanks!

Re: Gym bags...

I HIGHLY recommend this bag:

(I'm not a Nike or Livestrong fan but it works PERFECT)

http://www.runningwarehouse.com/descpage-NLTMD.html

I have the older version, it has a nice waterproof interior pocket for TWO pairs of shoes.

It's small enough to take to the gym on a daily basis but it's also large enough to bring as my day bag for multi-day CrossFit competitions. Fair price too.

you got it...

"crossfitlove-5"

for 5% off all orders for my CrossFit folk

btw all of our bags come with what we call a "nasty bag" which is a large wet bag for keeping really super soiled stuff or shoes in.

Re: Gym bags...

I ordered the Light Gear Bag today from Datsusara.. Looking forward to giving you guys an update in a few weeks. One thing I like is the outside water bottle pockets with elastic bands. I'm annoyed at drips inside my main pocket. ...also, the fact it breathes will be nice for those days I forget sweaty gear in it. ..Well see! I have high hopes.
