It was strict as far as his depth went, but at the same time she was very lenient by letting him start the dip at the bottom of the movement. As far as I know the dip starts and finishes in the same position.

That last event was awesome, just like the others. Each person had a great contribution for rogue. Graham killed the double unders, and Rob is a lot faster than I thought at them, Speal on run was sick to pass Barber like that, and damn Mikko is fast at overhead squats.

Good luck to both on the last event!

Orlando was clutch at the end there. Looked like he was struggling with the double unders on the early sets, but then he crushed that last one.

did Mikko do any? I only saw him attempt a few, get ****ed and threw the rope back at Graham. Wonder what that was all about. Oh well, he smoked the OHS for damn sure.

go Rogue Fitness!

I think he did, actually Graham was the real beast in that workout. I was just impressed by Orlando because he was struggling with them early on and then managed to crank out a whole bunch when it really was down to the wire.

Does anybody know what happened to Matt Chan?

He was around up until the HSPU GHD MU workout but I haven't seen him since.

Did I miss something?

Kristan Clever posted in the comments section on the front page either today or yesterday that he had to roll out early to take care of some business at home.

Re: The Call Out - Tahoe Throwdown!

Tug of War was the blowout that most probably expected it to be. Without Lipson (and probably even with him), Again Faster didn't stand a chance.

Re: The Call Out - Tahoe Throwdown!

Lame that it ended with a tug of war instead of some sadistic WOD haha. But whatever, Rogue is just too stacked. Even with Lipson, Rogue has Orlando, Tommy, Khalipa etc to counter his strength in the tug of war. AF didn't stand a chance in that last event.

I agree. It almost seems like that one was chosen to make sure that Rogue won. I'm sure that's not the case, but even a random passerby could have probably looked at those two lineups and known that Rogue would win.

On the other hand, had some sadistic metcon been chosen, the shoe might very well have been on the other foot. AF's lineup was pretty stacked for what I expected the last WOD to be --- a long chipper.
