Great day!

Hit 220 on power cleans. 5lb PR. Failed twice at 225. Oh well. My 220 looked better than my 215 did a few weeks ago.

Then I tried to see how much of the metcon I could do in 5 mins.

Three rounds for time of:
Run 200 meters
100 meter Walking lunge
50 Squats

Run, plus lunges, plus 17 squats. That would have been murder to finish the whole thing.

Man, I've missed some postings. Had a nice day of heavy deadlift last week. 5x5 at 325, I think. Did a 3x300 on squat. Might have already posted that.

Yesterday I did 13.1. Scored a 124. I was really happy with that.

PRd again on back squat today at 335. I'm sure I'll hit a wall soon, but I'm having fun. Makes for a really fun hour.

Did 13.2 today. Deceptively hard. I figured that 115 would just fly up. Box jumps in combination made it pretty heavy. Scored a 161. I had a goal of 195, I ran a bit short

Finally got my butt back in gear.

Hit some squats to warm up. 5@220.

Then we did power cleans and a handful of jerks. Started at 95 and worked up to 190. Hit 4x2 at 190, then 1x5. Really fun.

Great day today! Pressed for the first time in quite a while. Managed 3x3 at 115. Not what I'm used to lifting, but I'll get back up there.

Then worked up to 3x3 at 255 on back squat.

Finished with a half mile walk.

Beautiful day outside!

3x3 at 125 on press. I was going in wanting to hit 120.

Then did some squat.

1x265
1x280
1x305
1x305
3x305

That's a PR on 3s for me!

Just did the mainpage. Man, that thing was a killer.

For time:
115 pound Shoulder press, 10 reps
115 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
115 pound Push press, 20 reps
115 pound Front squat, 25 reps
115 pound Push jerk, 30 reps
115 pound Back squat, 35 reps

Not 100% sure on my time. I believe it was 16:40ish. I'm going to be hurting later.

Heckuva workout today thanks to Nik.

We decided it was a day to clean.

Worked up to 5x2 at 195.

Then Nik thought it'd be fun to go 1 for 1. He goes, I go. So, we started going back and forth. Minimal rest. We both hit 10 reps and then upped it 5lbs to 200. Called it quits due to time after 5 reps. So much fun.
