Still you are in a good place and if need me you can redo the first one for a better score. I wouldnt worry about it till after today.

Todays workout is the focus. Good call on the buy in and out. I know you can go from cleans to press, the question is for how many reps and I know you can knock out 5 reps easy enough. At that point you will be huffing pretty good, but if you can stay in it to the FSs you can regain your breath there. it is a slower exercize and your body will adapt the breathing to it. Jusr force you breathing to be big and slow on the FS.

You do a knee to elbows then come down then do a pull up, so really just knee to elbow then pull ups x 30.

Thats it exactly, my scores for wods 2 & 3 will easily be good enough, for WOD 1 i might have to re-do on Sunday, I have an attack plan ready if this comes to fruition, hahaha!

Plenty of stretching the rib cage beforehand Nik, this will make me very upright in my front squat and enable me to breath much much easier, thats the plan for tonight, the rest is just go go go.

London Throwdown WOD 2:

1200k of Power Cleans 20 x 60k

5 rounds of:
5 Push Press 60k
7 Front Squats 60k
9 Toes to bar

1200k of Power Cleans 20 x 60k - 8.15

8 minutes was my goal but still very pleased, so gassed at the end the last 20 power cleans were horrible, I was coughing my guts up outside for 5 minutes afterwards , put everything I had into that and wound myself up so much beforehand in a positive way.

Untimed:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Deadhang Pull ups
Push ups

30 x 6k Med Ball Sit ups

I got 18 power cleans, dumped it then done the rest and round 1 unbroken and did not break again until 5th round of toes to bar, only for a few seconds. The last set of power cleans was nasty 5/5/4/3/3 blurrrr!!!
