Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Well two of my friends and I are in our first week of Crossfit and I loathe to admit that the warmup alone is a severe challenge alone to do with good form for me (by the third set I felt like I have more lactic acid then blood)!

I feel very fortunate to have been introduced to Crossfit and this board. I am looking forward to learning proper form. Here are a few pictures of our Ghetto gym, I made the dip station and hyperextension chair from scrap 2x4s from home renovations.
