One cup of flavored kefir. Not exactly zone, but all I can manage when bleary eyed and driving to work.

Kefir, eh? I've heard of it, but never tried it. Do you all make your own?

Re: What is your typical breakfast.

4 eggs or egg whites (still not sure which to choose due to arachidonic acid)
with 1/4 cup of nuts and an apple or strawberries.

Re: What is your typical breakfast.

My 4 block zone breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs with 1oz deli meat (3P)
1.5 oz Special K with 1 glass milk (4C + 1P)
1 Tbsp Olive oil to fry the eggs + 2 caps fish oil (~4F)

I know the cereal is unfavorable so sometimes I replace it with carrots and red pepper or a banana (also unfavorable)
