Kilo bars rx?

I have a few ladies 15kilo (33lbs) bars in my box. The question has came up is it RX to use these bars? If the RX is a 65lb thruster, using that bar you would only be at 63lbs. Rx or no?

Re: Kilo bars rx?

We would just use a 10kg training bar with 10kg plates to be 30kg. 66lbs, just a touch over.

Re: Kilo bars rx?

In the past CrossFit HQ has treated 20kg as #45 and 15kg as #35. With collars it is pretty close.
