When going to 20 Blocks a day, what would be the best way to break it down (B/S/L/S/D is my usual routine):

5/2/5/3/5
OR
4/4/4/4/4

It doesn't really matter how you lay out the blocks. Just work out which you feel more confortable with. Both would be fine IMO.

But for instance i was eating 3/3/3/3/3 and i was REALLY hungry through out the whole day. So changed to 4/4/2/4/1 and was hardly ever hungry on this.

If I was doing that, Peter, I would do the 5 meals of 4 blocks each and space 'em out equally. But do whatever works for you.

I'm an 18 blocker that also does a pseudo-intermittent fast. So I do 5-4-5-4 over an 8 to 10 hour period.
