HSPU Wallball

Can anyone do better than this?

challenge accepted but I only have a 14lb med ball. Maybe I can hold my dookie for a few days to compensate for the weight difference. lol.

but yeah, srs about trying it.

I believe that was a 14lb med ball as well. The playing field is even. I imagine the best way to do it is to do a kipping hspu and then launch the ball up, but holding the ball with your feet is hard.

You do know this is going to totally mess up my Pompadour..
but oh well, such are the sacrifices we make for being functional and constantly varied.
