Shoulder Mobility

I have been crossfitting for a little over a month and have started to develop slight discomfort in my shoulders when fully extending them in most directions (overhead, towards my back, etc). I'm not in pain when doing the wods, but I thought I should address it before it turns into a bigger problem. Does anyone know of any mobility/stretching routines I can get into to open up my shoulders? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Re: Shoulder Mobility

mobilitywod.com (WFS) You can search based on body part or types of movements that you need to work on.

Re: Shoulder Mobility

Besides Eric's excellent suggestion, deep tissue massages, does wonders for my shoulders.

Mobility WOD is a life changer. Awesome website - Kelly Star is the man. The shoulder MWOD's make me feel like I never injured my shoulders.
