Is anybody else having a problem with the GHD situp video from the latest CFJ?

I'm getting a error that Windows says that it is looking into, but I'm not holding my breath.

The front roll videos work but not the GHD sit up.

I have another computer question so I am sticking it on this thread.

I have a friend with an apple - I think it is an "ibook" or something. Anyway, I want her to be able to see the squat video and we couldn't open it where I train her (her home). Is there a way for her to see it without downloading microsoft software? She is anti-microsoft. If necessary and possible, I could learn to convert the file so any options are okay.

Try VLC or MPlayer. VLC have worked for me with most of the videos posted to the site. There are some that won't work though. For best results, she'll have to suck up and get M$ Windows Media Player 9 for OS X, that plays all the videos on the site with no problems.

To download VLC and/or MPlayer, just pop over to www.versiontracker.com and do a search.

Yep, other Mac user here :-)
