Who is the worst MMA fighter right now?

O.K. Everyone loves to prognosticate about who the best MMA athlete in the world is, but a far more entertaining question: who is the worst of the worst? (this is not directed at legitimate, but struggling fighters, rather who shouldn't even be in the ring/cage)

A second question: which veteran should hang up the gloves immediately?

I give any guy/gal credit for getting in the ring. I am not trying to be a jerk, just don't see a need to bash anyone.
