Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

I need suggestions! I'm about 200 calories short for the day. I guess my lunch was too big. HOWEVER I'm

+10 on PRO
-25 or so on CHO since I trained today
-13 on FAT

What the heck do I eat for dinner to balance this out? Sweet potatoes mixed with coconut milk? LOL.

Meghan the cherry pie larabar is pretty much exactly those macros (except there is a bit of protein in them); however, that does not sound like a delicious/filling dinner! lol...

Panera Bread Strawberry Chicken Salad - it's good for all occasions

only a couple hundred calories. Has some nuts for fat and fruits for carbs. You'll get some extra PRO with the chicken - but that never hurt anybody...

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

I was thinking something like that. I mean, I'll elaborate in another post but I have not been doing well on this challenge. Massive failure actually, but I'm starting again today. So I guess excess protein is the least of my worries right now, haha.

I'm probably too late with this since it's 9pm, but you could do a big bag of frozen veggies (or a fresh veggie stir fry) with some grated/melted cheese over the top...

Congrats! Progress means something to everyone. Keep up the great work!
