Those are great numbers and all, but how many pistol-burpee-broadjump-overheadsquat-wallball-muscleups can you do in 10 minutes while on a train traveling 60mph during a 4.7 earthquake?

Each regional is different. If you are in Asia or South America.. stuff like that then you could stand a good chance.

Power numbers are strong enough to get you into the regional as long as the motor is way better than the numbers.

But if you make it then its a new world in the workouts.

Look at the over head squat x3.. some big numbers for the guys.
