Bad callous on hands

Is there any remedy for very painful callouses on my hand? I know it from not having chalk and it will arrive on Friday. I am doing 6 sets of chins every day plus gslp 3 days a week. Rowing 2x a week.

Hands are very sore.

Re: Bad callous on hands

Get a callous shaver from your local drug store/walmart. They are like $3 and take the callouses right off. Be careful of going to deep though. If you wanna see it done, google or youtube it. I'm sure stuff will pop up. Hope that helps.

Re: Bad callous on hands

I just use a new razor blade and cut them down every two- three weeks and then finish off my hands with a pumice stone. It has worked like a charm.

Simple medium-grit sandpaper works great for me. Keeps the toughness of the skin but takes away anything that you could snag on.
