What is it? Is it good bad, dangerous, healthy? Is there any difference if its sea salt or not?

I like salt. In the morning with my eggs, thick sea salt on top of my roebuck, or in my salad, salt does it for me.

What I am I giving my body though?

Alexander-

Coach posted a link about salt in the front page section a few weeks ago...I think this is it:

IF there is a problem it lies not in the sodium portion of salt but rather the chloride protion. Impossible really to seperate the two with table salt....from a paleo perspective we ingested very limited amounts of sodium. Whether our current intake level is problematic seems to be debatable.
