You have the beginnings of some fluid motion. You need to get more aggressive - drive those hips hard! This will create momentum and elevation on the bar...right now you have no momentum that’s why you are pulling with your arms.
Try doing a few vertical jumps (3-5) before your set. Let your arms hang loose on the sides; relax them along with your shoulders.
See how they naturally pop up? Even your shoulders shrug up naturally if they are relaxed.
Practice all of your jumps like this, even burpees.
Concentrate on transferring force from your hips to abs and your arms will follow.
