Re: Paleo Kits vs Primal Pacs ?

Anyone know if either of these products ship to Australia or whether there's a similar product here?

Dave, we do not. Australia's import laws make it nearly impossible to get meat or jerky through.

However, we are working with a CrossFit affiliate in Australia to distribute PaleoKrunch cereal and bars. Once we get him set up, we'll be sure to let people know.

Re: Paleo Kits vs Primal Pacs ?

The personal touch of Steve with every order easily outweighs any monetary gain from the separate brands. Paleo Kits ftw all day everyday.

Re: Paleo Kits vs Primal Pacs ?

i really like the paleo kits. and while i wanted to try the primal pacs, because i love mango, their website would not take my order today, so i ordered more paleo kits. but i just want to say that i dig what steve is doing. so you've found a steady new customer. although i really do want to try the primal pacs, because seriously, i love mango.

Steve's Original "whole muscle" jerky vs. "chopped and formed" jerky

Update: We recently sent in a sample of Steve's Original "whole muscle" jerky and a sample of "chopped and formed" jerky to an independent lab, and results show "chopped and formed" jerky has 22% less protein per serving than whole muscle jerky!

No surprise then that the highly-processed, chopped and formed brand is cheaper than whole muscle jerky.

I guess you get what you pay for

Here are the lab results:

Re: Paleo Kits vs Primal Pacs ?

I bought and enjoyed Paleokits for a long time - great concept. I found though that the jerky was often too tough to eat and the cuts inconsistent. The spices are good but strong.
Primal Pacs are super tasty and easy to eat. I often eat them for breakfast and our kids all enjoy them (ages 18 months to 7 years), referring to the jerky as "bacon". High standards, easy to order and excellent service!

Both products are great and I expect others to come on to the market and give us all more options for primal-inspired supplements.
