An easy way to try yoke walk

Read about this on Dave Lipson's blog and wanted to give it a try. Just the straps from my rings slung over a bar, run through some plates. I used two collars per side to keep it from moving. Worked really well. I've never used a real yoke but I can't imagine it swaying more than this. Controlling the sway was the hardest part, major core engagement. I really liked it, we'll be doing it more often at my little home gym.

Hope this picture works
