Barefoot Weight Lifting - Newest Shoes

Check it out...picture belongs to link below...holy smokes...finally a way to do barefoot lifts without getting a strong shade of solid black on the bottoms of your feet...

But no really can this work...I'm somewhat intrigued...

pretty cool.. speaking of cool new things, did you hear what they're doing to bread now? Instead of buying it in whole loves and cutting it into slices yourself, they're actually selling it pre-sliced.

I've started using rubber bumper plates instead of steel. They're easier on the floor when you drop them.

You mean theyve got heavy objects at pre-determined weights for the purpose of lifting to increase strength? Man, I've really gotta get w/the program!

You're telling me there's a way to extract rubber from trees and use them to fabricate things? I would think you'd need some sort of molding object to make it in the shape you desired.... what would you make THAT out of?
