I've been doing Crossfit for the last two months, and had a hand written log going, but it's come up missing. The last time I did this WOD, over half of the pull-ups were jumping. This time the WOD was done as Rx'd in 16:40. I don't know if this time is better than last time, but I'm happy that my pull-up numbers have improved so much.

4. 130x partial (had to press at top)
5. 130x even worse (almost dropped the bar on my noggin)

I think towards the end, technique prevailed and I finally got that 135 up there.

For time:
50 Wall-ball shots
50 Pull-ups
35 Wall-ball shots
35 Pull-ups
20 Wall-ball shots
20 Pull-ups

Subbed 45lb thruster for wall ball
1st round I did 30 pull-ups and the rest on the pull-up assist machine.
2nd round I did 20 pull-ups, then the machine for the rest
3rd round I did all of the pull-ups
20:40 total time

June 19
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Handstand push-ups 5 reps
Bench press 135 pounds, 10 reps
Push press 95 pounds, 15 reps
Dips 20 reps

Three rounds plus HSPU and Bench Press. I finished out the rest of the fourth. The third and fourth rounds, I had to use the Smith machine and prop my feet up as high as I could for the HSPU's

Started CFSB today. CFWUx3

BS 135x15 warm up
225x3 225x3 230x3 230x3 230x3

High rep bench press 135x20. Could have used a little more weight.

Metcon:
21 Burpees/ 12 Push press 95lbs
15 Burpees/ 9 Push press 95lbs
9 Burpees/ 6 Push press 95lbs

I started with 115 for the press, but after those burpees, I almost dropped the bar on my fool head.

175x5 I probably could have done this with 180-185. I'll start with that next time.

Back squat: 155X16 30 sec. rest then 5 more

METCON: 13:10 I was getting pretty short on time towards the end, but I wanted to finish it up. What a smoker!
