![]() Hi all.
I need a little break from CF excusively and was considering SS. My question regarding nutrition is this: I want to get the most out of the program, which Rip recommends 1 gallon of milk per day; I'm currently at 14%bf and don't want that to go much higher. Do I do it? He mentions that due to more muscle mass, one can actually get leaner following the program. Besides the milk, I'll be taking in around 16 blocks of Paleo food per day. (5'7" 165lbs). I could really use some more strength, which would translate to better performace once I'm back on CF main site WODs--just wondering if it's worth potentially more bf... Thanks, Pat |

Re: Considering GOMD
You will go higher in BF, milk does that, no way out of it.

Re: Considering GOMD
milk will pretty much translate into 50/50 as far as fat and muscle goes and with your BF already at 14 it's bound to get higher

Re: Considering GOMD
I did SS with GOMAD and increased ~4% bodyfat, when I went back to the WODs it came off quick, I also got a lot more muscle and strength.
