First day
Sit-up 75
Squats 60
Push-ups regular to failure 15, knees 15 to failure
Pull-ups 5 at 55% 5 at 30%
Elliptical 20mins

12:38
Stationary bike 20mins

First Day yes sounds silly, but I will remember every step and the soreness that
follows for the rest of my life and how I never want to go back to the way I was

Did today's thrusters, brought me back to my collage days. I did 95lbs to get the form down.

Did Monday's work out

I ran a mile, which was calculated by my watch to be about 8mins
did the situps an back extentions in about 3mins

Today

I had to find my max bench
I started for 115, 135, 155, 175, 185, 195 and 215 (crashed)

Did 5 rev pullups 10 assisted 20mins time

I felt really good about myself
when I start the gym I could not do 115 and now I maxed 195

did 400 metes and 50 squats

I was hacking, so cutting dairy out
