dunno if I did sit uos but used back xtension looking deal at golds pkctr..did diops and pus on assisted machine...went from 110-140 lbs assist..need less on dips and more help on pus...

Sunday 7/13/08
tuff workout....did it at boise high, used wooden hurdle for push ups...could have put feet higher all sets..too ez probably....L pull ups were a mix of hanging knee ups and jumping pull ups...very tuff. watch stopped but figure about 16 mins.

Monday 7/14/08
24:22 very tuff run, felt bloated/stiff and hammys hurt from pulling weeds for 3 hours day before! Had 20oz steak and noodles day before as well....

185 lbs, working on form, tried 225 but too much arms and back .

Thursday 7/17/08
Did boxing class.....very little energy....didnt do WOD......stayed up til 1045 and woke at 530am, not refreshed....no lunch day before, white rice/meat/veggies/pot stickers for dinner with 2 beers, wine coooler and 1 mix drink. brownies as well with some milk....may b the prob!

7 rounds and 36 dips
good on round 1 of push ups, used bench on the dips, 1st press round was 115 then went to 95....very difficult round 2 and beyond,,,push ups on my knees the rest of the way and even 45 lb on presses...just got thru it anyway I could....had to rest here and there after 15 dips etc...
