Thanks for the wedding congrats guys! Now that its over I don't quite know what to do with myself. I was thinking about it so much before. Good news is my hydration seems to be back to normal.

14 Double Unders
7 Right Arm KB Snatch
7 Left Arm KB Snatch
7 KB Goblet Squats
= 8 Rounds

*Been waking up early with time to spare before work so I've been doing the workouts at home. Minimal equipment but the conditioning is good.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 DB Thrusters (20lb DBs)
10 Toes to bar
20 Split Jumps
= 8 + 15

*Felt winded and tired pretty fast today, could be a number of things.

24 Weighted walking lunges, 35 pound dumbbells

*That was painful. Everything broken except hspus.
